We commit to building our wheels to last and we reflect your commitment to riding them by warranting our wheels against defects and workmanship for 3 years.

Au Cycling Limited Warranty
Au provides this limited Warranty to consumers who have purchased Au branded products from Au or Au approved dealers. All 3rd party products sold by Au will be subject to their own manufacturer's warranty. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the products.
Au warrants that Wheel products will be free from manufacturing or component defects discovered within a 3 year period from the original purchase date. Non wheel products will be warranted for 1 year.
Product specifications are provided at purchase and it is the consumers responsibility to ensure that products purchased are suitable for your intended use and not used outside of their specification.
This warranty is fulfilled only from the UK via Au Cycling Ltd. Returns can be actioned directly with Au Cycling Ltd. or an Au approved dealer.
This warranty does not cover defects to the products not reasonably caused by manufacturing. This includes but is not limited to; cosmetic imperfections discoverable at time of purchase, damage caused when exceeding the specified weight limit, not following the instructions supplied with the product, wear and tear, damage caused by transportation or handling, rental or commercial use, damage by inappropriate fitting, damage caused by inadequate maintenance, modifications, impacts or damage caused by abnormal conditions such as sharp objects, potholes, jumps, crashes or falls.
Wear and tear parts are considered to be; Tyres, Innertubes, braking surfaces, rim tape, tubeless and tubular tape/glue, brake pads, valves, valve extensions, bearings, pawls, freewheel bodies, seals, logos/decals.
To process a claim against this warranty:
The products must be returned in original packaging, with original proof of purchase to Au Cycling Ltd or an authorised Au dealer at the consumer’s expense.
The products must not have been repaired or modified by anyone other than an authorised Au representative.
The original serial number must still be present and legible on the product.
The determination of whether a product is defective is under the sole discretion of Au. If Au is able to determine a material or manufacturing defect, it will either repair or replace the defective product at no charge to the consumer.
This decision will be taken considering; the total value of the product and defective parts contained, the significance of the defect, risk of further damage and inconvenience to the consumer.
Limitation of Liability:
This warranty will not be extended or renewed due to resale, repair or replacement of the product or any part of the product. However, parts replaced under warranty will be warranted for a further 3 years, subject to the terms of this warranty, provided that replacement was performed by Au Cycling or an authorised dealer.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, this warranty is your sole and exclusive remedy and is provided in lieu of all other warranties, implied or expressed. Au will not be liable for special, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of anticipated benefits, cost of substitute equipment or facilities, loss of use, claims of third parties, loss of revenue, damage to property from the purchase or use of the product or arising from the breach of the warranty, breach of contract, negligence, tort, or any legal or equitable theory, even if Au knew the likelihood of such damages. Au shall not be liable for the delay in rendering warranty services.
